Our Program
Our program begins with dedicated job coaching, providing clients with skill assessments, interview preparation, and personalized support. Our job coaches attend interviews to help clients navigate potential barriers and ensure necessary accommodations are met. We offer ongoing support and education for both the client and employer, fostering a successful, inclusive work environment.
